Smoked Salmon Pizza is an easy recipe made with a crispy crust, creamy garlic cream cheese, mozzarella, red onion, smoked salmon, and fresh rocket leaves. Ready in just 15 minutes and perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

Smoked Salmon Pizza
I LOVE smoked salmon, so I thought it would taste amazing on a crispy pizza crust. The smoked salmon slices add that smoky, salty flavor I love to every bite.
I use store-bought pizza crust to keep things simple, then bake it with cream cheese, onion, and mozzarella before adding the smoked salmon and rocket after baking. This keeps the salmon soft, fresh, and full of flavor.
This pizza is simple to prepare, takes just a few minutes, and you don’t need to be an expert in the kitchen to make it perfectly.

- Cream Cheese. I mix Philadelphia cream cheese with crushed garlic cloves and fresh cilantro and use it as a topping over the pizza crust.
- Pizza Crust. I use store-bought pizza Crust, but you can also use gluten-free pizza dough to make this recipe gluten-free. Also, homemade pizza crust works well.
- Red Onions. I like to cut the onion into thin rings.
- Mozzarella Cheese. Mozzarella cheese is my favorite pizza topping for a bubbly and stringy yet intact cheesy topping.
- Smoked Salmon. Excellent smoked salmon will have a uniform color all over the top and a mildly firm texture to its meat.
- Fresh Rocket (Arugula) Leaves. With its peppery, spicy taste and strong aroma, fresh rocket leaves are perfect to garnish this recipe. You can use baby spinach leaves instead.

How To Make Smoked Salmon Pizza
One: Preheat oven to 200C / 390F. Roll out the pizza crust on a lightly floured surface with a rolling pin and then press it into a 22 cm baking pan.
Tip: To have a crisp pizza crust roll out the pizza dough a bit thin.

Two: In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, garlic and cilantro until combined.

Three: Drizzle the olive oil on top of the pizza crust, and spread the cream cheese mixture on top.

Four: Top with onion rings and mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 10-13 minutes or until cheese melts.
Five: Remove from oven; top with the salmon slices and rocket leaves, serve.
