Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C / 390F. Press the pizza dough into a 22 cm baking pan.
1 pizza crust
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, garlic and cilantro until combined.

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro,
1 clove garlic
Drizzle the olive oil on top of the pizza crust, and spread it with the cream cheese mixture.

Top with onion rings and mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 9-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
1 red onion,
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Remove from oven; top with the salmon slices and rocket leaves, and serve.

Notes
To have a crisp pizza crust roll out the pizza dough a bit thin.
