I made Oreo mousse a week ago, and it was AMAZING. Since I love Nutella so much, I thought, why not make Nutella Mousse as well?

I always find this easy dessert irresistible, with its creamy texture and chocolate hazelnut flavor. I ADORE it!

    Nutella Mousse

I make this Nutella chocolate mousse recipe quite a lot because it is super easy and requires only 3 ingredients.

It is also super delicious, cream and my go-to summer treat. I also like to make this dessert at special occasions and parties.

One of the things I love SO much about this recipe is that it's gelatin-free and egg-free. I personally don’t like using eggs in my chocolate mousse!

I usually pipe the mousse into serving glasses to make them pretty. However, today, I won't, just to show you how easy it is to make this dessert.

You can top this easy, no-bake Nutella dessert with anything you like, I prefer some chopped hazelnuts or a dollop of whipped cream; you may use fresh fruits or some chocolate chips.

    You'll Need

4 ingredients needed to make Nutella Mousse.

Here are all the ingredients I used to make this dessert; all the measurements will be in the recipe card.

Heavy whipping cream: I use it so cold.

    Nutella: At room temperature.

Toasted hazelnuts (optional): I use them as a topping.

Powdered sugar, just a little bite to sweeten this dessert.

    How To Make This Dessert

In a mixing bowl, add heavy cream and powdered sugar.

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add heavy cream and powdered sugar.

Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peak forms.

Step 2: Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Fold in the Nutella until incorporated.

Step 3: Now, carefully fold in the Nutella until incorporated.

Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top.

Step 4: Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top, chill for 30 minutes, then serve.

Tips For A Light And Fluffy Mousse

    • Don’t overwhip the cream; otherwise, it will become grainy and not as smooth as we want.
    • Make sure the Nutella is at room temperature before using it to incorporate smoothly without clumping.
    • Fold the Nutella into the whipped cream gently to help retain the air and keep the mousse light and airy.
