I keep seeing the Dubai chocolate bar everywhere, and I couldn’t resist; I had to try it for myself! It’s a rich, crunchy, and nutty chocolate bar made with just a few ingredients and a chocolate mold.

Dubai Chocolate Bar Recipe
Everyone's been talking about the viral Dubai chocolate bar lately, and seriously, it is AMAZING! It is sweet, chocolaty and crunchy.
Here's exactly how I made it and what I honestly think about it.
To make this viral chocolate bar, I used a silicone chocolate mold because it makes removing the chocolate easier. However, if you don’t want to buy a mold, you can use a loaf pan instead.
I also used pistachio butter, which I never used before. However, I am so glad that I did; it is actually so delicious!
Kataifi adds a crunchy and delicious layer to this chocolate. I LOVED IT!
So, is it worth trying? YES, absolutely. It’s a unique chocolate bar made with delicious ingredients, and making it at home is an easy and budget-friendly way to enjoy this treat.
You'll Need

White chocolate chips: I used small amount just to drizzle on top.
Milk chocolate: I used high quality milk chocolate bar.
Butter: Unsalted.
Kataifi: It is a kind of shredded dough I use to make Kunafa, and I buy it from any Middle eastern grocery store. You may also order it online.
Tip: In this recipe, we need a finely chopped Kataifi, so if you buy it in the form of long strands, put it in the food processor and beat until finely chopped.
Pistachio butter: I couldn't find it in my local grocery store, so I ordered it on amazon.
Tahini: I use ¼ cup high quality tahini.

How To Make Dubai Chocolate Bar

Step 1: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate for 20 seconds or until meted. Drizzle it with a fork in the chocolate molds, and then freeze for 15 minutes.

Step 2: In another microwave-safe bowl, add the chopped milk chocolate and microwave for 20 second intervals until melted and smooth. Pour half the melted chocolate into the mould over the white chocolate (it must cover the bottom of the mould) and freeze for 20-30 minutes until solid.

Step 3: Now, in a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat and stir the kataifi in constantly for about 10 minutes until browned.
Tip: Make sure it is clumps-free and crispy.

Step 4: Take the pan off the heat and, stir in the pistachio butter and tahini, and then let it cool completely.

Step 5: Spread the pistachio filling mixture equally over the chocolate in the mold.

Step 6: Pour the remaining melted chocolate evenly over the pistachio filling to cover it. Freeze for 25 minutes more. Once solid Remove from molds, cut and enjoy.
Tip: I store it in the refrigerator to hold its shape and stay crunchy.
