I LOVE smoked salmon and thought it would be delicious on pizza. So, I made this delicious smoked salmon pizza, which was a hit!
A crispy crust topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, fresh herbs, and rocket (arugula) leaves. Yum!
Smoked Salmon Pizza
I made this pizza with store-bought pizza dough, and the toppings I used will definitely fulfil all of your cheesy imagination as I use mozzarella and cream cheese.
The salmon slices give the whole pizza that balanced flavor of smoky and salty.
I serve it as a quick lunch for a busy day or a simple, easy weeknight dinner.
This recipe is perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner. You don't have to spend so much time preparing this dish, and you definitely don't have to be an expert in the kitchen to perfect this recipe.
In just a few minutes, you will already have something delicious to serve to your family.

Cream Cheese. I mix Philadelphia cream cheese with crushed garlic cloves and fresh cilantro and use it as a topping over the pizza crust.
Pizza Crust. I use store-bought pizza Crust, but you can also use gluten-free pizza dough to make this recipe gluten-free. Also, homemade pizza crust works well.
Red Onions. I like to cut the onion into thin rings.
Mozzarella Cheese. Mozzarella cheese is my favorite pizza topping for a bubbly and stringy yet intact cheesy topping.
Smoked Salmon. Excellent smoked salmon will have a uniform color all over the top and a mildly firm texture to its meat.
Fresh Rocket (Arugula) Leaves. With its peppery, spicy taste and strong aroma, fresh rocket leaves are perfect to garnish this recipe. You can use baby spinach leaves instead.
Step-By-Step Instructions
One: Preheat oven to 200C / 390F. Roll out the pizza crust on a lightly floured surface with a rolling pin and then press it into a 22 cm baking pan.
Tip: To have a crisp pizza crust roll out the pizza dough a bit thin.
Two: In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, garlic and cilantro until combined.
Three: Drizzle the olive oil on top of the pizza crust, and spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
Four: Top with onion rings and mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 9-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Five: Remove from oven; top with the salmon slices and rocket leaves, serve.

- 1 clove garlic , crushed

- 100 g smoked salmon
- 30 g fresh rocket leaves
