I looked everywhere for the best seasoning for salmon, but I didn't find one I liked. So, I made my own salmon seasoning recipe, which is PERFECT!
Salmon Seasoning
I use this salmon spice mix recipe in baked or grilled salmon, and it is incredibly easy to put together. I also use it in seasoning fish tacos and all other fish recipes.
I like to make a big batch and keep it in my pantry. I usually use 1 teaspoon to season one salmon slice about (100-110 g).
To season my salmon filets, I brush them with olive oil or sesame oil, sprinkle the seasoning on top, and bake or grill them. That's it!
I also don't add salt to my seasoning mix, so if you would like to add salt, add ½ tablespoon to these ingredients.
