Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F / 180C and grease a ramekin or oven-safe mug with butter.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Mix in the vanilla extract and the egg yolk until combined.
Now, fold in the flour, cocoa powder and pinch of salt until incorporated.
Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared ramekin and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
Notes
Use high-quality cocoa powder for better taste.
