Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F.
In a small bowl, mix together red curry paste, coconut milk and brown sugar until smooth.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it in a round baking pan.
Spread the sauce on top of the pizza dough.
and then sprinkle the mushrooms, red onion and bell pepper and top everything with the Mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the edges of the crust are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped Thai basil and serve.
Notes
Thai curry paste can be spicy for some people. So, I suggest to use one teaspoon, taste, and only then add more.
