Ingredients

Instructions
Cut the beef into thin strips and add them to a large bowl.
Add crushed garlic, soy sauce, onion, salt, pepper, and rosemary to the steak and leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the beef strips with the marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the bell pepper, beef broth, and cornstarch and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce is thickened.
Garnish with sesame seeds, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat on the stove top or microwave.
