Prep the bananas: Peel the bananas and slice them into evenly sized, medium-thick rounds.
Make the sticky sauce: Mix butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large frying pan over medium heat until the butter melts and everything is combined.
Fry the bananas: Add the banana slices in a single layer and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and caramelized.Note: carefully flip the bananas to avoid breaking the slices.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and serve over yogurt.
