Preheat oven to 350f / 180c and grease a donut pan with butter or spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, butter and vegetable oil.

Whisk in sour cream and milk until combined.

Whisk in flour, baking powder and baking soda until incorporated.

Fold in the crushed Cadbury mini eggs.

Spoon the batter into the dount pan and bake for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
To make the glaze: Whisk together the milk and confectioner's sugar until smooth.
1 cup confectioner's sugar, 2 tablespoon milk
Drizzle the donuts with the glaze, place the glazed donut onto a wire rack and top with some of the crushed mini eggs. Let the glaze firm for 10-15 minutes, then serve.

Don’t over fill the tins with the batter, you can use a piping bag to put the batter into the baking pan neatly.
